1. COORDINATION OF COUNCIL MEETINGS AND SUB-COMMITTEES Prepares and issues notices of meetings. Prepares the agenda and supporting documentation for meetings. Prepares the minutes and action lists of the Council and sub-committees. Plans the annual calendar
