Duties & Responsibilities Operations Be able to start up boiler fire properly. Monitor water holding JoJo tanks hourly and keep them full of water at all times. Monitor low level water alarm on your hotwell tank.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Quality Control & Monitoring Monitor production processes and report deviations or abnormalities during shifts. Record temperatures of incoming raw materials, including meat, blood, and feathers. Measure and record pH levels of raw materials received.
